For the past 38 years, Denise Welsh has assisted a diverse group of Buyers and
Sellers in the Bay Area with housing and Real Estate goals. Driven by a passion
for working with people towards a common goal, Denise’s success includes
multiple awards for production and recognition as one of the top producers in
her region. She welcomes the challenge of working with people across all age
groups, from first-time homebuyers to seniors downsizing to a simpler
lifestyle.

Her commitment to her clientele extends beyond their needs to the multiple
factors that define the real estate industry. Denise served as President of the
Silicon Valley Association of Realtors in 2017. She has been a Director on the
Board of the California Association of Realtors for 12 years. Currently, she
serves as the Chair of the Housing Affordability Fund, a statewide 501 (c) (3)
dedicated to assisting people in their housing pursuits and needs. As a
Director for the National Association, Denise serves on the Committee for
Federal Taxation. Her primary focus is to contribute her voice to the needs of
aspiring and current homeowners in their quest for social and financial
stability.

In 2024, Denise assumed the role of Associate Manager at Compass in
Los Altos. With her extensive experience in compliance matters and legal
protocols, she can assist her fellow agents in providing the highest
quality of service and professional advice to their clients.
